SCO helps in the representation of descriptions of study populations in clinical trials including the various treatment arms, their measured characteristics and descriptive statistics of patients belonging to these arms.
We have also developed a tool to automatically create SCO-based KGs from Table 1s in clinical trial PDFs using NCBO BioAnnotator API.
