Vocabulary and Ontology development within the context of the overall development of Coastal and Marine Spatial Planning (CMSP) and Ocean and Coastal Modeling (OCM) portals by environmental inter-agency collaboration to provide search and browse options that inspire user confidence that all relevant information has been found; data providers will know how to create metadata to increase the likelihood that their information will be found.
