Jeongmin Lee is undergraduate research assistant at Tetherless World Constellation of the RPI. Before joining the TWC, he was exchange student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he studied informatics, cyber-infrastructure and web technologies. Majoring in computer science and global entrepreneurship, he has a vision of helping developing countries and solving global problems by bridging the gaps among information, real-world, and people. He is interested in public health informatics, data mining, and internet-based information system. Currently, he is working on Datacube Browser, a tool to improve access of multidimensional statistical data in ways that allow non-specialists to create and explore visualizations of that data, as a software developer. Long before, he has been interested in user experience design, new business development and participated on various project as different role; he developed UNESCO Global Entrepreneurship Education Program website and community web portal for foreign people in Handong Global University. With a passion for developing countries, he was a graphic designer, photographer, and business plan writing session helper at UNESCO Global Entrepreneurship Training in Kenya and South Korea. Enrolled at Handong Global University in South Korea, he served Global EDISON Academy, a department of Global Entrepreneurship, as a chair of student association.
