TROY — The future of the World Wide Web will be shaped, in large part, by its youngest users and by the technology, psychology and economics of the time, according to Tim Berners-Lee, inventor of the Web.

He and a panel of other noted Web experts were on hand Wednesday afternoon at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute for the launch of the Tetherless World Constellation — a multi-disciplinary team at Rensselaer of senior and junior faculty, graduate and post-graduate students charged with the mission of advancing technologies used on the Web.
