1. three-layered architecture for constructing semantic social network
   1. social network: relating people on the basis of common interest
   2. ontology netowrk: relating ontologies on the basis of explicit import relationship or implicit similarity
   3. concept network: relating concepts on the basis of explicit ontological relationships or implicit similarity
2. semantic social network analysis has two purpose:
   1. helping people to find other peers with similar interests
      1. use social network analysis to find peers with the same interests
      2. peers can use ontology network to find ontologies close to theirs
   2. helping peers to find the best company for starting designing consensus ontologies
3. propagate information from the lower concept to enrich the upper ontology and social layers
