Jun. 12--TROY -- Divide, for a moment, World Wide Web users into three categories. The first would include people who use the Web for work or entertainment, maybe to communicate on MySpace, conduct research with Wikipedia or watch goofy videos on sites like YouTube. If you're reading this story online, you're probably part of this group. The second category would include folks who think seriously about the Web, who ponder issues like net neutrality, understand the complex engineering that makes the Web possible, and consider the social ramifications of Internet use.
