      • Need to install Python 2.3
      • Need some Python modules/extensions for svn and easy install and SQLite
      • mod_python for Apache (may already be there)
      • configure, attach to svn
  • ESG NcML aggregation
    • Use Case 1 fnoc1.nc break apart into u and v
    • ncml that is a union aggregation of the two separate fnoc1 files
    • ncml will have the metadata <explicit/>
    • all files will be local on the same machine
    • what do we need
      • something to read the ncml file
      • parsing/cache the metadata and return that cached information
      • the union aggregation
  • fortify on Stephan's laptop
    • learn about PMD (static code analyzer for Java)
  • Software/licenses for new laptops
