Bus real-time location still does not work -
Numbering of the imported event should be automatic (in the mean while, ensure the uniqueness). -
Better parser for identifying building name (from room number) -- solved - Event template needs a better layout

- add a field to form, so user can use their own image. (we can control the size)

Catalog importing(for courses) -- Rui is working on it - [OK] Since any locations are off-campus, e.g., for parties, shall tagging places with RPI and show the main map only RPI locations, but also other page for non-RPI locations (layer-based?)

Work on promotion
- how to make the RPI community aware of the application -- I need to contact student union, RPI CIO, flyer
- how to push it be a RPI official service?

- how to collect feedback? I will ask some of my friends for some feedback, may post questionnaire online. (need to get enough user first)
- how many people; how will you archive it (wiki?)
- if open it to the RPI community, how will you take the
responsibility? e.g., user registration confirm, question answering? any you going to admin a mail list?
- how will you collaborate with shuttles people? do you have a plan to
meet them? -- discuss
Infrastructure
- Do you plan to have a server for RPI Map? If you have such a need,
how will you make it happen? -- not think about this now.
Publication plan
- A poster to a conference? -- discuss, what are the typical posters on a conference.
- WWW or ESWC poster
Future work in mind
- do you believe this work may have commercial value? e.g., extend it
to the whole Troy.
- what do you see how this project can be extended to be a result can
be reported at a major conference? what's the gap between the current work and the target? This map is just for RPI community. Of course, we can extend this service to larger community. we can include city bus route, locations, stops etc. (need to make it easier for user to use -- design a form for this purpose) Gas stations, restaurants, news(event) map etc. all sort of information can be integrated to map. Traffic information?
- how this may be related to your phd work? -- I don't know what I want to do for phd yet.
