Events and Calendar

• Show a calendar on a personal page, project page, or any other page.
• List your activities. Simply add {{activity}} to the page of your name.
• Complete help is on Help:Calendar

Use Calendar as a Blog tool

• You may define a template for your blog.
• To make a list of all your post:
  • in the template define [[part of:YOUR_LIST_PAGE]]
  • in YOUR_LIST_PAGE, put in: {{event list}}

Document and Publication

Paper and Bibtex

• Add a paper. It is recommended to name a paper's page start with "DBLP:", e.g., "DBLP:conf/dils/CarageaPBSADH05". Put bibtex of the paper into the page, included inside \begin{bibtex} ... \end{bibetx} tages. (TODO: a bot will rename all pages named start with "DBLP:" to the paper's title, and add extra semantic tags (e.g., its topics).)

• Make a bibtex list. Use "IncBibtex" with "raw" set to true:

Make Publication List

Simply type {{publication}} in the page of your name.

Use wiki to write Latex

Our wiki supports math formulae in wiki articles, just include them in <math>...</math> tags.

It also (exprimentally) supports editing a whole latex file in an article and generate a PDF file from the article.

Presentation

To turn a wiki page into a presentation slides, simply put {{slides}} at the beginning of the page. Each section of the page will be turned into a slide in the presentation. See an example Slides: Introduction to Description Logics by Jie Bao (9-17-2007). All presentations will be listed on the Presentation page.

Another way to create presentation slides is to use latex. Please check out the example latex:SlidesExample
