Literally, it means "Big Watermelon Ball Soup". It is the negation of "Little Cherry Ball" + Soup, which again is a literal translation of "櫻桃小丸子", a Japanese cartoon character. Check out ちびまる子ちゃん or Chibi Maruko-chan for the original character.
