I think the most interesting answers will come from pioneering platform developers and user communities. Nevertheless, if we could catch the Tetherless World panel’s attention with it, it would worth the try.

I also posted this question in my twine about “Getting Things Done Together” on Twine, where I plan to launch an action inquiry around it. If the question gets a little encouragement from TW attendees, I will report on the research in the TW blog.
