I am a third yearPhD student at St Andrews University in Scotland. I am from Burton-on-Trent in England but I have been living in St Andrews for 7 years.

Research Interests

My PhD focuses on the possible application of social networking sites and web 2.0 technologies to improve communication between distributed stakeholders in large scale projects. The problems encountered when deploying ERP systems are also of interest after carrying out an ethnographic study of the attempted deployment of a complete life cycle student administration system.

I have been undergoing a study of the use of a private social network site in a large scale research project to see how it is used and what benefits if any people experience.
