The Question is: In "Enhancing Web Privacy Protection through Declarative Policies", section 4.2.8's specific discussion of the example yahoo.com obligation seems like a very complex thing to model. In general, these obligations seems as if they could be arbitrarily complex. Does the proposed policy framework allow complex modelling of such obligations? If such modeling relies on a website to define its own terms (for instance, to model the event "if Yahoo! is acquired by or merged with another company"), how is a user meant to discover these terms for use in configuring their privacy requirements?
