IPAW

The Third International Provenance and Annotation Workshop (IPAW 2010) is part of the International Provenance and Annotation Workshop Series (IPAW). It will further investigate the issues of data provenance, process documentation, data derivation, and data annotation.

The workshop will be held a the Heffner Alumni House (Directions) on the campus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in beautiful Troy, New York.

Prior workshops include:

• Data Provenance/Derivation Workshop at Chicago in October 2002
• Data Provenance and Annotation at Edinburgh in December 2003
• The First IPAW at Chicago in May 2006
• The Second IPAW at Salt Lake City in June 2008

Announcements

• 2010-06-09, The poster and demo session will be held at The Heffner Alumni House on the campus of RPI on Tuesday (6/15) afternoon
  • Easels and backboards will be made available and support a maximum poster size of A0 (841 x 1189 mm, or 33.1" x 46.8")
  • Tables and power strips will also be available for demonstration stations
• 2010-05-07, The registration site now open at https://www.cs.rpi.edu/ipaw2010/register.html. Register during Early Registration to save some money!
• 2010-05-05, The dinner event has been confirmed to be on the Captain JP Cruise Line - http://captainjp.homestead.com/cruises.html. We will tour the Hudson at sunset and have a nice view of the area.

• 2010-04-28, the list of Accepted Papers at IPAW 2010.
